BLACC, a federally qualified 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, is a beloved community cultivating leadership transformation in solidarity with Black leaders advancing Black-led social change.
BLACC addresses the need for cultural Professional Development (PD), peer learning and safe space for Black leaders to make true change within Black communities.

Our Mission
Is to create solidarity with Black leaders advancing Black-led social change by centering Black culture, community, and individual leadership transformation.
BLACC is composed of two programs that work with Black leaders to build confidence, PD, and leadership skills by building community, peer learning, and resource sharing.
We offer a 7 month peer learning cohort for up to 10 Black leaders AND a bi-annual BLACC Travel Reset for 5-8 Black leaders.
